Go Provence Blue Sky Fund
For people on a low income
Everyone needs a holiday right? Not everyone can afford it though. This is why we have set up a fund for people with learning disabilities on low income. The money from this fund will give people, who otherwise could not afford a holiday, the chance to enjoy a great supported holiday.
There are many people who cannot afford the luxury of holiday in their own country, let alone abroad. This also applies to people who have a learning, developmental or intellectual disability. According to statistics provided on the ‘Foundation for People with a Learning Disability’ website (www. learningdisabilities.org.uk) 17% of people with learning disabilities who are of working age have a paid job.
This means that potentially up to 83% of people with a learning disability are on benefits.
This fund will help people directly who wish to have a holiday with Go Provence but truly cannot afford it.
The trust fund that Go Provence supported holidays has created has 3 independent trusties. There are certain stipulations that have to be met to enable people to qualify for a free, or discounted holiday.
If you would like a holiday with us and wish to check whether you may qualify for a free holiday or a discounted holiday, please contact us by e mail ian@goprovence.co.uk or by telephone, 00 33 (0)4 86 56 65 61, and we can arrange for the relevant application form to be sent.
If you would like to make a donation to our fund please click on one of the 'Paypal' donate buttons on this page, all payments are secure. Alternatively contact us via e mail at ian@goprovence.co.uk or telephone us on 00 33 (0)4 86 56 65 61.
