It is your responsibility to have a valid passport for the duration of your holiday. If you hold a passport other than UK, check whether you need a visa. We cannot be held responsible for the canceling of any holiday as a result of incorrect documentation and in such cases refunds will not be considered.
Health Matters:
We recommend wherever possible the EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) is obtained prior to travel if visiting an EC country. It is essential that all persons on medication or attending the doctor obtain permission to travel from their doctor; some airlines require a Doctor's Certificate stating "fitness to fly", we recommend that you obtain one of these.
EHIC The EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) will give you state-provided medical treatment in European member states. It replaces the old E111 form. ·access to medical treatment should the holder fall ill, have an accident or require other treatment which they cannot wait to receive ·free to all UK residents ·apply at selected branches ·use Check & Send in branch - just £1.96 for a worry-free application
Remember, EHIC doesn’t replace travel insurance
In many countries it won’t cover all medical costs, private hospitals or the cost of flying you home.
It won’t cover lost baggage, trip cancellations and many other areas that travel insurance covers.
If you buy Post Office Travel Insurance and use an EHIC in a medical emergency, the post office will pay the excess on any additional costs for you.
Flight Details :
Timings shown are local timings. Inevitably some variations will occur and we will advise you as soon as possible provided we are given notice by the airline. Minor changes (i.e. change or aircraft or airline) may be reflected in your travel documents so please check them carefully.
Meals:
All meals are provided.
Insurance:
Go Provence has Public Liability Insurance which covers incidents that happen which are due to staff error. For incidents that occur through your actions, we recommend that you arrange an EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) through the post office. In addition, we strongly recommend that you also arrange personal travel insurance.
